Jason Brown is a solid guy to work with. We work night shift so getting around our schedule was our first thing. He responded to all of our text requests fast and jumped through some hoops to get us in to see the properties we liked. Austin has done a great job on my experience, he asked what kind of house and what price range I was looking for, from there he showed me houses that were between my parameters. Justin didn't try to get a house over my guidelines, every time he showed me a house he pointed at me the good and the bad things about the layout or quality of the renovation, or the wear and tear of the floors or any other aspect worthy to be taken in account. When I decided to make an offer on a house he gave me the advice to get a better chance to get my offer accepted. He communicates with the loan officer to get me pre-qualified and also requested a higher qualification amount when I decided to look into a higher house price. He was very patient with me when looking at houses that I didn't like, he mentions to me, "when you find your house you will know right away" and he was right, at this moment I have an offer accepted for my dream house.
