- 4 turkey or chicken breasts, cooked and diced
- ½ cup celery, diced
- 4 chopped green onions
- ½ cup apple, peeled and diced
- ⅔ cup raisins
- ½ cup pecans, chopped
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon curry
- ¾ cup Paleo mayonnaise
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
